A. Under the arrangement with GE, Meridian will first install the system for Meridian faculty and its employed physicians and then will be able to make the system available for affiliated physicians. Extensive software updates and coding is necessary to install the system for the faculty and employed physicians which is the reason for the 2012 availability date.
