Why do I receive phone calls from Nelnet and a guaranty agency?
When we have an incorrect address or phone number on file for you or your account is delinquent, we are required by the Federal Family Education Loan Program to reach you to resolve the delinquency or get updated demographic information. Your guarantor is also notified of the delinquency and will attempt to reach you by telephone or mail. You can conveniently update your address and phone information by logging in to Manage My Account and clicking on “Update My Contact Information.
