These are temporary files that maintain the true Apple File System characteristics for easy drag-n-drop and direct edits of data stored on your IBackup accounts. They are not visible if you view your account via IBackup Drive for Mac. However, if you use other methods including FTP, these extra files may occupy some space, though not a significant amount.
