Why do some addresses have “XX” as street number?

0

This applies mainly to private apartments located in residential buildings. Some do not wish their full address to be disclosed on a public site. The “XX” means that we already have the exact address, so it’s not necessary to contribute it again. Full address is provided on this site only when the private apartment has done so publicly on their website or in other means of advertising (newspapers, flyers, etc…) Even without exact street number, the map should give you a pretty good idea of where the apartment is. You must then call them to get exact street number, name on doorbell, access code, floor number, apartment number, etc…
