Why do some dealers see some blank data fields in Lead Manager reports?
If there is no data to report–for example, a dealer has not entered any gross profit information for sold vehicles into the designated fields on the “Edit Lead Info” screen–then a blank will appear. Similarly, if there is no positive value reported where an average is calculated, then a blank will appear (example: dealer sells zero vehicles in a report period–average days to sold metric will appear as blank).
