Why do some e-mails seem to get stuck in the FSADTRAP.NSF database in Lotus Domino?
If the connection to the Content Scanner Server cannot be made, the e-mails are kept in FSADTRAP.NSF database. When the connection becomes alive again, the system will start processing messages automatically again. However, those messages received during the time the Content Scanner Server was down need to be resent manually. The easiest way to do this is to stop and start the F-Secure Anti-Virus Agent for Lotus Domino using the Lotus Domino administrator console: “tell fsadmon quit” and “load fsadmon”.
