Why do some women pluck their eyebrows, but then draw a pencil line in where the eyebrows were?
Some women have very sparse eyebrows… Some women did it when they were younger and they never grew back right so they have to. Some women like the higher look that they can’t get with their own. I tweezed the hell out of mine when I was younger and now they grow in sparse and not in the arch that I would like for them to have. Trends and styles change and hair doesn’t always grow back. Now it is stylish for them to be full and thick again like in the 80’s. I used to have bushy thick eyebrows and now I can’t have that anymore so in comes the pencil!
