Why do the horsepower numbers on the spec sheets often differ from the numbers shown in the Garage screen or Dealership screen?

Most of the differences you’ll see have to do with the numbers being show at different RPM. For instance, the Toyota Sprinter Trueno is listed as 128 hp/6600 RPM in the Dealership spec sheet, but 123 hp/6500 RPM in the spec sheet of the Garage. When you upgrade a car, it’ll sometimes show the horsepower at a different RPM.
