Why does a window pop up when I try to play the Penguin Ice Game?

After clicking the penguin in The Show area just before the Penguin Ice Break Games begin, a standard navigation window appears asking for the location of the penponganim.dll file. In the navigation window is a file named “penponganim.dxr”. Click on this file and then click on “Open”. The Penguin Ice Break Games will start and the game will run. NOTE: To obtain the letter “P” for the flash cards, the Penguin Ice Break Game must be completed successfully.
