Why does CourseWeb send me a “Problem Report” every time I send a message to my students?
CourseWeb sends a Problem Report message to let you know that some student(s) did not receive the email you sent. The reason the student did not receive the email should be stated in the problem report. Either the email address is formatted incorrectly in the campus directory or the email address is not listed in the campus directory. Once students update their listing in the campus directory with the correct email information, you will no longer receive the Problem Report messages from CourseWeb.
