Why does govt. not encourage people to stop reproducing when the biggest problem is overpopulation?
There is not a problem with over population because if there was the government would stop letting Tom, Dick and Ali enter this country. Poor people breed like rabbits as it would appear this is all they can do! Look back over the years to all these poor countries asking for charity ( Live Aid etc ). We helped them and did it stop them breeding? No they just kept on doing what they do and hoping others would bail them out. Poor Mr X has 7 children to keep, please spare some money was the normal cry for help. Poor Mr X should have stopped at 2 children and would not be in such a state.
