Currently, Jutoh does not parse CSS and so it will assign styles in a limited way (it can differentiate heading styles and first and subsequent paragraphs). We are looking into parsing CSS in a future release. Meanwhile, if you need to be able preserve the associations between styles and content, you can check the option When importing from HTML, create empty style definitions for class names in Import Preferences. You can then edit the style definitions in Jutoh after import.
