The combination of version 2.7 of Informed Filler and version 4.x of Entrust create a bug on WinOS systems which causes Informed Filler to quit unexpectedly after signing a form with Entrust. This problem is being addressed by the Entrust and Shana Informed Filler vendors to resolve the problem. The application quiting does not create any problems so you can ignore it until the next Entrust and Informed software release. A work around has been created by Shana which requires replacing the existing Entrust plug-in. This new plug-in is a beta and is without warranty by Shana. If you are really annoyed by the quiting you can download and run the beta installer to get the revised plug-in..
