Why does Internet Explorer print blank pages / show blank pages in print preview?
If this is happening to you, go to the View menu, go down to Encoding, and look where it says Auto-Select – if it is on there will be a mark to the left of it. You need it switched off. Now try Print Preview, if the pages appear ok in print preview they should print ok. If Auto-Select is off, and pages are blank in print preview, then go back to Encoding and make sure that “Western European (ISO)” is selected (has a mark next to it), click on it if it doesn’t. If this doesn’t solve the problem, contact IT Support.
