IT Assistant will show blank or empty data values for those attributes which are queried from, but are not returned by, the agent. These blank fields may indicate that the feature is not supported by the device or reported by the device’s agent(s), or that the device’s current configuration disables the feature. In addition, blank values can also indicate empty fields that are returned by the agent.
