Why does it take up to 120 days after my transaction for contributions to be deposited into my Upromise account?

Upromise credits your account only after we receive payment from our partner company. The time it takes for your payment to be deposited into your Upromise account depends on when our partner company sends us the contribution payment. Pending contributions in your account will move to “funded” as soon as we actually receive the contribution from the contributing company. Please notify Upromise if you haven’t received your contribution after 120 days from the date of purchasing a vehicle.
