Why does KJR primarily use the Assignment method?
The assignment method makes it much easier for us to recover the judgment since we then have the same rights as you had to recover the judgment. It makes it easier for us to pull the debtors credit, work with the court and take the steps necessary to recover the money owed! The credit regulations tie the hands of a third party trying to collect a judgment. Most Collection Companies are considered third party and have a harder time collecting because of it! This is one of the reasons we do not work on a contingency basis.
