Your source file was not the proper dimensions. Make sure to pay attention to exact pixel size specified on the banner upload page (760px wide by 100px high).

Your source file was not the proper dimensions. If the picture was originally less than 560 pixels wide, we’ve had to stretch it to achieve the correct width. This will result in a fuzzy look.
