To provide ample time for all Motorola employees to participate in the Health Risk Questionnaire, it was decided to provide a second period for HRQ completion. The second period will be from September 23 until midnight Central Time January 18, 2010. Based on web development timelines, some sections of the HRQ Web site might not reflect this change, but the second period deadline is January 18, not September 16.
