Goats tend to have strained bleats whenever they’re frustrated with something or exerting effort in an action. It’s only temporary and rarely indicates any seriously underlying condition. Because the goat is castrated, I doubt the frisky play with the female has any link with the strained bleat. It was probably a momentary occurrence. Strained bleats are not uncommon for goats.
