Check in Device Manger for multiple com port listing. Click on My Computer, Control Panel, System, Device Manager,Ports Com and LPT. If COM 3 IRDA or Duplicate COM Port’s are listed, double click on it and check the box, Disable in this hardware profile. Click OK. FX should operate normal.
