Why does Progress Energy Carolinas require prerequisite information when submitting an Application?
Due to the annual 5 MW limit, PEC wants to ensure the viability of all projects that are accepted into the program. By requiring that the Applicant take steps to ensure a successful installation prior to Application acceptance, we will be able to better meet our goals of supporting solar installations across our territory.
