Why does SCS have an absolute no “public displays of affection” (physical and verbal) rule?

There is an appropriate time (age) and place (not here) for displays of affection. This is a very sensitive issue and is not part of what students are here to accomplish. Our function is as a Christian academic institution and not as a monitor for student’s love relationships. These are best monitored by parents.
