Because Swedes, Likes Brits are in the EU but don’t wholly consider themselves to be part of continental Europe but Scandinavian or Nordic and do not fully participate in all European institutions (i.e. NATO) they have a history of political neutrality… Consider that before the bridge was built in 2000 Sweden was only accessible to mainland Europe by boat or travel overland thorugh Russia… so there is a sense of isolation geographically, poltically…and also there is Nordic solidarity (do as your neighbors are doing..which doesn’t explain Finland) Also its cultural as someone said Sweden has a monarchy still I think like England and Denmark and the currency is a symbol of that. As for economic reasons… There was some speculation attack on the kroner which weakened it. But I don’t know much else about it. Some countries avoid the euro because it could mean greater financial burdens, reforms or pressures in order to comply but that isnt the case.. I suspect that if either Denmark
