Why does U.S.A still use the imperial system of measurement?
Because the people do not want change and the fact that it would cost millions of dollars to change all the things that measure standard to metric, like gas pumps, road signs, etc But they are the only industrialized country in the world to still use standard, there was talk of changing to metric back in the late sixties or early seventies but nothing happened
