Why does windows media player AND itunes keep freezing?
it sounds very much like one or more of your media files has become corrupt, i suggest moving them onto a dvd, don’t burn them, just move them and let your comp copy them onto it, when you have done this, open up your media players and see if the problem has been resolved, if it hasn’t then you may need to delete and re download itunes, or worse case re install windows again, it may be that it is itunes that is corrupted, and it has corrupted your media files which in turn have then corrupted windows media player.
