A. Greenheck’s standard default for a VCD is an internal, left mounted actuator. The internal default was chosen because Greenheck only has external kit part numbers. If an external mount is selected with or without a factory supplied actuator, an extension pin kit (part #809735) is always supplied. If an internal mount is selected and the customer would like to convert to a customer supplied external mount, an extension pin kit must be ordered. We are looking at changing CAPS to force an actuator location (internal or external) before the file can be saved. NOTE: The extension pin kit is only applicable for single section wide VCDs without a jackshaft.
