Because the number of options and possibilities is too great to have them all displayed. Take a look at the following criteria for choosing floor plans, and ask yourself if they apply to you: Orientation to sunlight Alignment of the building to the slope and geometry of your building site Your requirements vis-à-vis your sense of aesthetics and lifestyle choices Local building code requirements Available construction budget You will want a high quality build at a competitive price, so you will need to translate these requirements into the respective fabrication and construction parameters, or else you may face unpleasant surprises. It is only after you have gone through this preliminary design process that you should start considering floor plans.
