Why doesn setting values work using javax.jms.Message.setJMSPriority, DeliveryMode, Destination, TimeStamp or Expiration?
These methods are for vendor use only. Message values are overwritten on each send/publish. You should use the equivalent methods on the MessageProducer, QueueSender, or TopicPublisher to set these values (i.e., setJMSPriority, setDeliveryMode, setTimeToLive). Check to see that these values are not being overridden by the optional template configuration override values.
