There is a bug in the Hauppauge SDK on Windows 2000 which misreports that the card is not configured to use the overlay even though it is. Please use the “Allow Overlay” setting in Hauppauge Primary utility. It is quite safe to tell ShowShifter not to produce the erroneous warning message again by clicking on the “Don’t show this message again” checkbox.
