Why doesn the Web-based Reporting System ask the same questions that the RCRA Report asks the following March?
In previous years the actual reporting format was not released by OFEE and OMB until the following December. We designed the questions based on previous year’s questions. All of the Executive Agencies were in the same position. For the FY 1998 report, a draft is expected in September 1998. This will allow us to question sites more accurately, thus minimizing the need to ask follow up questions in January.
