Why don’t I see the the rich editor (the WYSIWYG editor) when using Safari?

The visual rich editor was not supported by early version of Safari and hence the browser would crash upon loading the editor. This was because of a buf in the Safari browser. Solutions: 1. Upgrade to Safari 3.0.4 or higher & WordPress 2.3 or higher or 2. Use some other browser like Firefox/IE or 3. Enable FCKEditor for writing post and disable rich editor.
