Why don you reccommend cold porcelain flowers for wedding cakes?

They are very nice flowers to look at or put at home as decorations. I do not reccommend using cold pocelain flowers with cakes because two of the ingredients involved are baby oil and white school glue. I would prefer cold porcelaine flowers as a competition centre piece rather than to have it in contact with food.
