Why hasn the FilterSpam service started now I have registered?

• The FilterSpam service will not start removing junk mail until you have collected the welcome mail from FilterSpam. To do this you need to change your Incoming Mail Server to “mailhost.filterspam.co.uk” (more) and change your Login Name to your email address (more). Once this is done you can also use our web mail facility. To do this simply log in, on our home page, and click on My Mail.
