A. Compensation for land acquisition is being carried out in accordance with Pakistans Land Acquisition Act and is a matter for the Pakistan implementing agencies, WAPDA and the governments of North Western Frontier and Punjab provinces. ADB is concerned that issues related to compensation may exist and is working closely with the Pakistan implementing agencies.
