When using the convection function, it sounds like there is a fan on inside the oven. It is great when you want to heat up something quickly, for example leftover pizza. It is not good for baking items like cookies; baked goods need time and a certain steady temp to cook correctly. Strangely, many of the web sites I visited while researching toaster ovens did not mention the Convection feature of this oven. I had to check the company web site to confirm. Is the toaster oven easy to work? No, it’s surprisingly difficult. The problem is the elaborate combination of keys one must press to set the mode, time, temp and then to start the cooking process.
