Why is dishonesty so central to Gordon Brown`s premiership?

Yes, obviously the entire government and every single person who is in any way linked to politics is a corrupt lying idiot who hates ever member of the electorate and treat them as if they were half brained dolts, we should obviously have them all shot because every single action they take it to line their own pockets and fleece the electorate. Grow up people! The vast majority of our politicians are hard working and honest people who have the interests of the general public in mind, and while a few may set a bad example, it is unfair to paint the rest with this brush, Gordon Brown and the vast majority of our current cabinet are hard working honest people with our interests in mind, not the liars you paint them as.

I wouldn’t say being dishonest is central to Gordon Brown`s premiership, all governments of all colours use dishonesty to a certain degree. BUT and it is a big but, being extremely Conservative with the truth by the use of useless spin and rhetoric are essential tools used by him and his cabinet to survive by hiding what little of the truth is allowed to seep out, not only to the the electorate but also to his own party.

I think dishonesty is written into Gordon Brown’s psyche; someone like that is hardly likely to surround himself with honest, upstanding citizens, which is why we have ended up with such an untrustworthy, corrupt Government.

It’s not just Gordon Brown – it’s the whole Government that are a bunch of corrupt liars. The MP expenses scandal proved that!
