Why is family game night important?
Jim: Family Game night unifies a family and fosters closeness. It’s great entertainment; it’s a great way to spend time together, but the most important experience is the bonding and learning that occurs naturally through play. You don’t play games specifically to learn about your family, but people tend to be more themselves. You see how they react to everything from winning and losing to how competitive they are. When there are different ages and genders of kids in your home, they often don’t watch the same TV programs, want to see different movies, and have different interests.
