Why is HDF® not integrated in MS Windows as a default feature?
The Windows® operating systems are intended for general computing environment, from home to corporate users. Until recently, many security features have not been enabled by default. HDF® is a security tool designed to protect a corporate computing environment and IT assets – giving back the ultimate control to the system administrator. Integrating HDF®-alike features by Microsoft is possible but might not be seen as user-friendly.
