Well, in my case, my brain doesn’t function well enough to be interesting so I try to be glib.

I agree,many questions that are thought provoking and sometimes provocative get less response. I guess it takes less effort and one does not need to do research on the answers.The simple questions like “what color of hat do you wear” are much more popular.
