IIt all has to do with the fact that Bella hs a private mind. In Bella’s mind, nobody can touch her. However, Jasper and Alice’s powers work outside the mind, so that is why they can work for Bella. Jasper really does calm your system down, or pump your body full of adrenaline to be hyper. Alice sees the otcomes of people, but not the reasons behind the actions. More will be added soon!
