Your FantasyGlide will not spring up and down if you have over-tightened the hardware that secure the cradle and passion grip to the pole. Loosen the bolts and you’ll find that the spring action will resume. The bolts only need to be slightly hand-tightened in order for the cradle and passion grip to stay securely in place on the shaft. Place your spacer in between the hardware and that should take care of over tightening.
