This is basically the nature of silkscreening as the process is usually only done at 65 to 133 linescreen, generally images are not ideal for this purpose and you will proceed at your own risk as the silkscreening process offers no proof before printing. Text and line art should be done in programs other than Photoshop as this program also adds to the pixelization problem, so ideally CD label artwork should be done in text editing programs for best quality such as Quark, Illustrator or Corel.
