Neiman Marcus is moving into Broadway Plaza, it will complete the four corners as an anchor along with Nordstroms, Macy’s and Tiffanys. It will be replacing Baby Gap, Gap and David M. Brian (who will be relocating elsewhere in the Plaza) whose leases have expired. Why? The answer, in business matters, is always the same…$$$. Walnut Creek has the perfect demographics for a retailer such as Neiman Carcass (sorry, I am obviously anti-fur…couldn’t help it).
