Who is eligible for the free NRT? • Any state resident, 18 years of age or older. What do I need to do to receive free NRT? • Call the PA Free Quitline and complete the registration process. • Agree to enroll in the free coaching support with the quitline. • Complete the first coaching session (Eighty percent of people who enroll actually complete their first coaching session immediately following registration). • Have no medical condition preventing the use of nicotine patches. When will I receive my FREE starter kit? • A four-week supply of nicotine patches will be shipped to you immediately after completion of your first coaching session. • The dosage of the nicotine patches you receive will be based on your current level of tobacco use.
