A. The vast majority of SkillSoft registrations are submitted as bulk purchases for multiple employees. At this time, DOI Learn does not have the capability to properly process large numbers of registrations in one action. Moving SkillSoft registrations to an external site streamlines the process and reduces the administrative burden on both the user as well as DOI University staff.
