If you have an ATI graphics board installed, it might cause this issue. Please turn off the ATI POWERPLAY mode by following these steps: • Right-click on the Windows Desktop. • Select the Properties menu. • Select the Settings tab. • Click “More settings” • Select the POWERPLAY tab • Uncheck POWERPLAY • Click OK to close all windows.
