Why is the Demographic Extract (Attendance Tab) not pulling the correct information for Daily attendance?
Research into the problem indicates that eSIS uses half-day absences to pull data for the extract. Personnel using the Attendance tab on the Demographic Extract need to double the number of absence records requested to get the full-day absence information. For example, if users want to pull students with three absences, then six absences must be entered in the absence field because the extract is looking for half-day absences.
