Why is the LTSA requiring certain applications to be e-filed?

The current parallel use of both manual and electronic submission processes does not lead to user or internal LTSA efficiencies. Due to internal demographic challenges, the LTSA is seeking to ensure that applications are submitted electronically to enable the assisted and automated examination of common land title application types. This automation is required for the organization’s sustainability. In addition, some of our customers have requested that the LTSA move towards a fully electronic system.
