Why is the Ogo on the task bar bouncing?

This indicator means that you have a new IM, e-mail, or text message(s). To quickly read the latest message, press the Ogo key located in the upper right corner of Ogo’s keyboard. You’ll see the Ogo do one of two things: if it is moving rapidly, with flips and twirls, there are new messages waiting that you haven’t seen yet. If it is moving up and down slowly, there are no new messages since you last pressed the Ogo shortcut key, but there are messages you still have not read.
